For many years the owner of property in L.A. has tried to develop plans for his property. Each time, city agencies have said no, or come back with improved plans. This has been going on for years. Now the city wants to steal the property. Grounds: the land has not been developed. This is theft, I hope the owners sue the city and come away with the deed to City Hall. This corrupt act, by government, shows why Prop. 98 is needed. Government is theft. Eminent domain, after refusing the owner use of the property is corruption. some folks in government need to go to jail over this. Just as a developer is walking away with millions from Half Moon Bay due to the corruption by that city, these owners need to take a couple billion from L.A. for fraud, corruption, abuse of process, for just being crooks.
