Dear Park Advisory Committee Members,
I've attached a couple of documents to this email including the latest
biodiversity newsletter and the San Diego County Recreation element. The
State Biodiversity Council recently devoted an entire meeting to OHV use and
open space planning. The County of San Diego OHV element (chapter 4) starts
on page 39 and runs to the end of the chapter. I hope this information is of
some help to you.
